Natural Blemish Skin Cure

Blemishes – minor imperfections in skin texture, are a frustrating reminder of skin’s natural sensitivity to environmental and hormonal shifts. Anything from hot weather to stress and anxiety, from comedogenic skin products, to puberty and menopause will bring about a cohort of unseemly breakouts. Whether popping up as spots, pimples, whiteheads, marks or areas of discoloration on the skin, all are unwelcome and most of us will do anything to see them gone. Cure Freckles

The mighty freckle – charming on a 5 year old and a nuisance for adult skin.  Freckles are a natural consequence of genetics often made worse by sunburn. Genetics predisposes skin to skin to produce melatonin causing freckles after sun exposure. Most commonly seen are simple and sunburn freckles. Simple freckles are usually light yellow to tan, round, pea sized and most commonly seen on a face. Sunburn freckles are often darker, with irregular borders, larger and most commonly seen on upper back, arms and shoulders. They are most commonly treated with costly laser treatments, cryosurgery and freckle creams. Fortunately there are less invasive, more natural and significantly less costly solutions.

Freckles are fairly easy to treat by simple preparations from common ingredients found in kitchen. Apple vinegar in combination with lemon juice can go a long way toward curing freckles on a dime budget.

Freckle Buster Tonic:

Ingredients:

½ cup of organic apple vinegar

½ cup of water

1 tablespoon of organic lemon juice

Mix organic apple vinegar and water well and boil over medium heat for few minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. When cool, add lemon juice and mix well. To apply, gently dab the preparation over freckles with a cotton swab or a soft cotton cloth.  Let dry. Apply once a day for two weeks to lighten freckles. Store the preparation in a fridge for up to three weeks.

Erase Stretch Marks with Cacao Oil

Weight loss does not guarantee a firm body!

Stretch marks stem from dermis damage caused by hormonal and weight fluctuations. As the skin is stretched and contracted, its elasticity decreases until dermis is damaged causing scars. Scars are initially red but then fade to white or off white, visible just enough to make beach visits a pure nightmare. Stretch marks are most commonly found where skin is stressed the most such as breasts, thighs, hips, abdomen, arms, around the belly button, buttocks, and back. No matter what the cause stretch marks are an unseemly reminder of skin’s natural lifecycle and it is rare few that escape them.  As far as the rest of us – they are better off wished gone, camouflaged, or if when nothing else works – hidden. Bottom line is whatever you do to treat stretch marks is better than leaving them be. And the most obvious solution is, as always, right in front of us and that is organic cacao oil. You can minimize stretch marks just using specific organic cacao oil preparations for just 10 minutes every day. Mix it up as follows:

Ingredients:

20 grams of organic cacao oil

20 grams of organic almond oil

20 grams of organic apricot kernel oil

20 grams of glycerin

10 grams of nigella oil

10 grams of St John’s wort oil

10 grams of olive oil

10 grams of flex seed oil

Blend all ingredients well until uniform. Apply the mixture on clean and dry skin of the affected area and gently massage in. Let the skin absorb the mixture, then wait minimum 10 minutes. To get a good result apply once a day. You will observe visible results in just a few weeks. So go on and enjoy that bikini!! Compliments of Nina Bella!

Eliminate Dark Armpits!

Dark armpits are caused by repeated shaving, dead skin buildup and genetics. Shaving cuts the hairs off the skin surface but leaves roots. If armpit hair is even slightly darker than skin color, dark stains will appear. Dead skin cells are equally bad – they buildup in the armpit skin creases and grooves and result in unflattering dark spots. And last but not the least – genetics. Some skin will naturally accumulate more pigment in the underarms leading to skin darkening. Bottom line, no matter what the cause, dark armpits is a major pit peeve of women everywhere.  But despair not – you can eliminate dark armpits by mixing few common household items:

1 teaspoon Vaseline

1 teaspoon apple juice

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Mix all ingredients to a pasty consistency then apply a generous dab under each armpit and let dry. Once dried wash the area, pats dry and dust over with baby powder. Repeat every day. In few weeks dark skin problem will be gone.

Store the ready mixture in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, before discarding.
